Style Guidelines
Guidelines for paper layout and style

* Papers are limited to a maximum of 12 pages.

* The name of text file should contain the authors’ 
   names/author’s name.

* Font is Times New Roman; size 10.

* Line spacing - set line spacing to single; indention is 1 cm.

* Set page margins to 2 cm on all sides, except the left one -
   2,5 cm.

* Title should be written in capital letters in the center, font
   Arial bold size 11.

* Initials and names of the authors should be on the next
   line in the center written in italics font Times New Roman;
   size 10.

* Organization should be on the next line written in the
   same way.

* City, country (address or/and e-mail if you wish) – on the
   next line written in the same way.

* Title, authors, etc. in English in the same way.

* Indention, write the word Abstract in bold, then dot, after  
   that resume of the paper in English (1-2 paragraphs).

Text of the report.

* Indented line – 1,25 cm., center-align.

* Illustrations captions should be under the illustrations
   written in the center in italics font Times New Roman; size
  10, Tables captions should be under the tables in the same
   way. Pictures captions must not be included into the
   pictures.

* Pictures should be placed in different files in .jpg
   (preferably), .tiff. In order not to lose anything it would be
   better to place the pictures with the text in one folder.
   Illustrations may be colorful.

* Bibliography should be in alphabetical order. Book
   references should be done in the following way -
   [name, year]. Bibliography should contain:
   - for books: surnames and initials of the authors,
     title of the book, city, publishing house, year of
     publication, volume, number of pages;
   - for articles from magazines and collections:
     surnames and initials of the authors, title of the
     article. Then use // to give the title of the
     magazine or collection, series, city, year,
     volume, number, issue, the numbers of the first
     and the last pages;
   - for conference, seminars, workshops materials:
     surnames and initials of the authors, title of the
     material, title of the book, time and place of the
     conference, city, publishing house, year, the
     numbers of the first and the last pages.

   - for conference, seminars, workshops materials:
     surnames and initials of the authors, title of the
     material, title of the book, time and place of the
     conference, city, publishing house, year, the
     numbers of the first and the last pages.

Send the registration form (see page 11 of the .pdf  pdf ) and the reports to the Organizing Committee ssc-ras@mmbi.krinc.ru up to 15 April 2010.
Please send a copy of the report by e-mail ocat@geogr.msu.su (Olga Ivanovna Kotova), otherwise the report may not be taken into consideration..
